It can draft personalized messages based on previous interactions and important details about each contact. Users can also ask Lumo questions like who you haven’t reached out to in a while or what you previously discussed with someone.
The app recognizes 56 different cultural celebrations across Southeast Asia, such as Lunar New Year, Hari Raya, and Eid. Lumo connects these occasions with the right contacts and offers thoughtful greeting suggestions ahead of time. However, some of the AI-generated messages still need manual editing before you send them out.
